Martin brings a wealth of experience to the Leonard Group team, including several years in management with a large retail corporation. In his financial planning practice, Martin’s strength is his ability to initiate and grow relationships with his clients, in a comfortable environment of trust. He consistently offers an open and approachable manner, which is always appreciated by his clients and colleagues alike.

A senior member of the LGF team, Martin is a valuable resource who is called upon for his advice, wisdom and experience.

As a strong advocate for volunteerism and giving back to the local community, Martin is heavily involved in the Rotary Club of Brockville. Having played basketball for Canada at the national level, Martin has coached at the high school level, and is a past-president of the Brockville Basketball Association. He also has also served on the Provincial Advisory Board for basketball clubs in Ontario.

Always a proud Canadian, Martin was an Olympic Torch-Bearer during the weeks leading up to the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics.

Martin and his wife Lynn are proud of their amazing children and grandchildren. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, golfing and spending time with their family.
